New Sav on the Blanc

 Pale straw with green hues, this wine is bright, aromatic and enticing. The nose bursts with the freshness of a summer fruit salsa, showing notes of ripe peach, passionfruit, mango and juicy citrus, layered with hints of fresh fennel and a subtle aniseed lift. 

The palate is rich and succulent, balanced by zesty citrus and apple-sherbet acidity that carries through to a long, lingering and characteristically crisp citrus finish.
